Friday we got to work out at a really nice "Globo" gym (this is me, trying to CrossFit - got a 145# front squat!):
Friday night we had an amazing dinner at Obelisk in DC (amazingly expensive!), celebrating Jeremy's birthday with Matt and Debbie:
And tonight we had a tasty crab dinner with Ron and Vicki at the Bethesda Crab House:

Now, we've got ourselves packed up (again) and ready to get up at 4am tomorrow morning to catch our flight to Utah. Ho boy!
