Himalayan Adventures: Chekhung

From Dingboche we took a pleasurable hike up to 4750m to the village of Chekhung.  This village was amazing, but you paid for the great views with very chilly temps.  We spent a couple days here and did some day hikes; including Chekhung Ri at 5420m.  We hiked back down to 3770m to Debouche, so that we can visit the monastery in Tengbouche tomorrow.  We will try to check back in again in a couple days when we get wifi again.
