Today Jeremy visited the UN building for most of the day. He participated in meetings related to planning and the management of care/relief efforts. He also got his Nepali sim card working! So if you would like his contact number for emergency purposes, let me know in a private message.
Now that he has an idea of how he can best help the relief efforts, he is looking forward to a full day tomorrow working at the hospital. On a side note, our friend, Tsezi, has also been involved with the relief efforts by helping to translate for the nurses. Yay Tsezi!!
Today, Jeremy took a group of his compatriots to join him at Hotel Utse for a traditional Tibetan meal. He had my favorite dish, shabalay, and said that his companions enjoyed their meals as well. I am so glad to hear that Hotel Utse is still ok and operational!
