Hi everyone!
I just talked with Jeremy and he said that all is well. There is the general aftermath of shops and services being closed, people being frightened, and a tense atmosphere; but everything is going as well as it can be. There is still a lack of information coming out of the remote villages, but, for now, the city is safe and secure.
At this point, Jer said that it was "same old same old," doing what he can for the victims of the earthquake and to support the medical staff. He said that there were a few more aftershocks in the night last night that kept him from sleeping soundly, but he looked less exhausted today compared to the long day of yesterday.
On another note, it has come to my attention that some folks are not receiving daily notifications of blog activity. I looked into this and it seems like the feed service (feedburner) sends out a daily digest of blog activity between 9 and 11 am. I still have not been successful at getting email digests sent to my own email and I will continue to work on the problem. Hopefully I will get this resolved by the time Jeremy gets home!
That's all for now! Have a great day!
